Quick Tips on Starting an LLC

You need to decide if starting an LLC is right for you situation.

After you've decided on starting an LLC, there are a few things you should consider before starting the application to ensure a smoother experience.
- Pick a name! We'll check if it's available...
- Determine what state to start your LLC in...
- Pick a registered agent...

On the application itself, you'll receive a list of filing components that are mandatory in your state, and a list of optional business components you may want to consider filing at the same time you are starting an LLC to save money.
You'll find the costs for the services on our site in "Other Services," and also on the application itself.

Next, fill in your name, address of business, members, desired company name (for a name search), etc.
Then, you'll fill out standard billing information that includes your address, credit card number, who to contact, etc.

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly that will confirm your LLC order. Keep a copy for your records.

Once we've confirmed your order, we charge your credit card overnight from the date of LLC application so that we are able to pay the required government fees to begin the process of forming your business.
