We perform the name check at no additional charge as part of the process when you file with us.

Simply fill in your business name where indicated on the application, and two other options in the event that your first choice is not available.

Please be aware of the possibility that your first choice (and sometimes your second) may not be available. Although this is frustrating, it does happen.

In the event that all three choices are not available, we'll contact you for an alternative name.
