Overview
An Apostille is a French word meaning certification. It is a device that many governments, both foreign and domestic, use to certify that a document is genuine.
In other words, an apostille is commonly used to refer to the legalization of a document for international use under the terms of the "1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents." (See "Further Questions?")
An Apostille, or a certified copy with a gold seal, is included in all MyCorporation International formation packages. This certification by gold seal allows recognition of your corporate charter for International Banking and Registration needs within the country of intended use.
MyCorporation can also assist you in obtaining an Apostille as a stand alone product from any of the 50 states — easily and affordably.
