Overview

MyCorporation provides you with the appropriate license, permit, and tax registration forms for your business. It may be necessary to register your company with multiple government authorities so your business can operate in compliance.

Licensing requirements vary depending on your business type. Business types include, but are not limited to, the examples below.

The Process

Fill out and submit the Business License order form.
You will find requests for standard contact and billing information. In addition, to provide a licensing package based on your business type and location, we'll need some general information about your business' products and services.
MyCorporation will send you the Licensing Authority contact information, applications, and associated documents needed for your business.
You'll complete the applications and submit with payment (if applicable) to the appropriate licensing authorities.

MyCorporation will research and provide you with the appropriate forms starting at just $75. Government fees, if any, are additional and vary depending on the city, county, and state that your business is located in. Government fee information will be listed along with your applications in the licensing package sent to you.
