The Process

Fill out and submit the Foreign Qualification order form on our website.
You will find requests for standard contact, billing, and authorization information, plus specific requests regarding home state, foreign state, entity type, director and officer information.
MyCorporation will take care of the entire qualification process.
We will forward you all necessary documents for your signature and you then forward the documents to the state.
Once filed with the state, a Certificate of Authority will be mailed to you for your records.
