The Process

  1. Fill out and submit the New Jersey State Business Registration order form (Form NJ-REG) on our website.
  2. You will find requests for standard contact, billing, and authorization information, plus specific requests regarding registration form information, and owner and officer information.
  3. Upon receipt of your order, MyCorporation will prepare the forms and documents for filing and forward to you.
  4. Please review these documents and sign the NJ-REG application.
  5. You must then mail the documents to the New Jersey Division of Revenue in the envelope provided.
  6. After approval from the New Jersey Division of Revenue, the NJ-REG Registration will be forwarded back to you.
