Fill out and submit the Registered Agent Services order form on our website.
You will find requests for standard contact, billing, and authorization information, plus specific requests regarding representation information, entity information and whether or not you are changing registered agents.
MyCorporation will prepare the appropriate documents for designating or changing your registered agent name and/or address and forward them to you for signature.
You ship the signed documents in a pre-addressed express delivery envelope provided for your convenience.
MyCorporation files the documents with the Secretary of State and returns all final documentation to you for your records.
