A trademark watch can be performed based upon your desired frequency. Generally, you will receive updates from MyCorporation on a monthly basis. The monthly report will provide you information based upon the type of watch ordered—new trademark applications, new trademark publications, and/or new trademark registrations.

What is the "Post Search Watch"?

The POST SEARCH WATCH Package provides a comprehensive search on Federal, State, Common Law & domain names for all marks filed/registered in each of the listed databases following the Comprehensive Search "effective" date. Therefore, if you would like an update to your Comprehensive Search, either because time has elapsed, or you would like to expand the search query, a POST SEARCH WATCH would be useful. What is the "Federal Status Watch"?

A FEDERAL STATUS WATCH is perfect for those who are filing a new trademark and want to stay up to date on the status of their mark. It will provide a monthly status update and note any changes that have occurred in the status of a particular trademark since the previous month's report. This is also a great way to watch status changes on competitor marks or marks about which you are interested so as to keep "tabs" on the status.
